The objective of the International Journal of Management and Business Studies (IJMBS) (ISSN: 2167-0439) as a multi-disciplinary, open access research journal is to provide a publication outlet (on monthly basis) for the increasing flow of scholarly research articles. The Journal's emphasis is on theoretical developments and their implementation, empirical, applied, and policy-oriented research in all areas of Management and Business Studies.
