Instructions for Authors

Thank you for considering submitting your research to Advances in Agriculture and Agricultural Sciences. This document provides detailed instructions on how to prepare and format your manuscript for submission. Please carefully read and follow these guidelines to ensure that your submission meets the journal's requirements.

1. General Information:
- Advances in Agriculture and Agricultural Sciences is an open access journal that publishes original research articles, reviews, and short communications in all areas of agriculture and agricultural sciences.
- The journal follows a double-blind peer-review process, where both the identities of the authors and reviewers are concealed.
- Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English, adhering to high scientific standards.
- All submissions must be original work that has not been published previously or is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. Manuscript Preparation:
- Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word or any other compatible word processing software.
- The text should be double-spaced, with 12-point Times New Roman font and 1-inch margins on all sides.
- The manuscript should be organized into the following sections: Title page, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments (if applicable), and References.
- The title page should include the title of the manuscript, names and affiliations of all authors, corresponding author's contact information (including email address), and any funding sources or conflicts of interest.
- The abstract should provide a concise summary of the study's objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. It should not exceed 200 words.
- Keywords (3-5) should be provided below the abstract to facilitate indexing and searching.

3. Figures and Tables:
- Figures (charts, graphs, photographs) and tables should be numbered consecutively in the order they appear in the text.
- Each figure/table should have a descriptive caption that explains its content clearly.
- Figures should be submitted as separate high-resolution files (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF format) with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
- Tables should be created using the table function in Microsoft Word and should not be embedded as images.

4. References:
- All references cited in the manuscript should be listed at the end of the paper in alphabetical order.
- In-text citations should follow the author-date format (e.g., Smith et al., 2022; Johnson, 2019).
- The reference list should include only works that are cited in the text and should follow the APA (American Psychological Association) style.
- Each reference should include the authors' names, publication year, title of the article/book, journal name (for articles), volume number, issue number (if applicable), page range, and DOI (Digital Object Identifier) if available.

5. Submission Process:
- Manuscripts should be submitted online through the journal's submission system, which can be accessed on the journal's website or as email attachment [email protected]
- During the submission process, authors will be required to provide information about their manuscript, including title, abstract, keywords, and author details.
- Authors may also be asked to suggest potential reviewers for their manuscript.
- After submission, authors can track the progress of their manuscript through the online system and will receive notifications regarding its status.
